Cupid's Element is a trance and house music night in Cardiff. The client had a clear idea of what was required from the logo - a Celtic heart symbol. The design was an absolute nightmare to perfect but fortunately it turned out well. For the text, I was aiming for something modern, yet wanting to avoid the usual clichéd techno box-and-curve-style fonts. It proved an ideal application for my Nascence font, which is still in development.
